Booking Jess:

What do I do first?
Pick a date! As Jess's schedule tends to fill up fast, it is best to book as soon you can. It is a good idea to have specific dates in mind for your event. Once you have a date picked, fill out the Program Booking Form!

What are Jess’s fees?
For all speaking engagements there is a standard all inclusive fee which includes:

• A Keynote Speech with Question and Answer session.
• A Meet and Greet with Jess for event participants and staff.
• A book signing featuring Jess’s acclaimed books.
• All travel and accommodation costs.
• An Actionist Toolkit - with everything you’ll need to get the most out of your event!
  
  

All programs can be customized to best captivate your audience and address specific subject matter. If you are interested in expanding your program to include additional workshops or multiple sessions, additional rates may apply. For more information please contact elaine@Jessweiner.com.

Can Jess work with different age groups?
Yes! Jess can create programs for middle schools, high schools, colleges, as well as corporate and community audiences. For multiple audiences Jess can customize any of her programs to meet your needs.

I would like for Jess to incorporate a few different themes into one presentation. Can she do that?
Yes, this is quite doable. Please submit a detailed request to elaine@Jessweiner.com.

Reminder: Since Jess will be doing a book signing, it is a good idea to let your audiences know this in advance so they can come prepared to get the most out of their experience!

Event Planning FAQ's:

How do I get local press involved in our event with Jess ?
Jen will be in contact with you closer to the event date to discuss creating press for the event. Press always helps create great attendance and great buzz!

What time will Jess need to arrive in the space where she will speak?
Jess likes to have access to the space about 45 minutes before she speaks, particularly in auditoriums or gymnasiums. Smaller classroom settings sometimes only have last minute access and Jess is very flexible in such environments.

Does Jess need anything in the room with her?
Jess will need a handheld cordless microphone,
a TV/projector screen, and DVD player. For the book signing you will also need a table, chair, and of course, Jess's books! It is also nice to have a bottle of water available for Jess. All that talking makes you thirsty!
